1. "Wow! You’re a gluten free bakery! Are you also dairy free?”

While we certainly understand that many people who suffer from celiac disease are also dairy intolerant, we are not a 100% dairy free bakery. However, about half of our current menu is dairy-free!! We have an entire line of dairy free, gluten free, nut free white breads and cinnamon rolls!

2. "Do you have any items that are egg free or tree nut free?"

Yes! Our Sourdough Bread, Sourdough Crackers, Blueberry Granola, 2 flavors of our Scones, our Magic Cookie Bars and some of our Fruit Pies are all egg free. Our Broccoli Cheddar Soup is egg free as well. Often we have special confections that are egg free like stuffed marshmallows or chocolate candies during the holidays. We currently have 4 items that are tree nut free: Apple Cinnamon Flax Muffins, Brown Sugar Chai Snack Cake, Glazed German Chocolate Donuts and Pumpkin Maple Bars. All of our tree nut free items are also dairy free.

3. "Do you have any vegan options?"

Currently our vegan options include our Sourdough Bread, Sourdough Crackers and Granola.

4. "Where are you located?"

We are located at 102 S. River Ave, Holland Michigan. .

5. "I am driving 3 hours to visit you! I am bringing a cooler to stock up, do your items freeze well?"

Absolutely, yes! Every single item freezes beautifully, so feel free to make that road trip and stock up.

6. "I live in California, do you ship to me?"

7. "I heard that your bagels and cinnamon rolls are the best gluten free bagels and cinnamon rolls in the country, is this true?"

Yes.

8. "Can I order a custom cake and can you ship it to me in Texas?"

Well, yes and no. Yes, you can order a custom cake…but no, we cannot ship it to Texas. Our cakes are made with real Swiss Meringue Buttercream and are temperature sensitive and just do not ship well.

10. "Speaking of caffeine, are all of your coffee drinks gluten-free and sugar-free and do you offer dairy free milks?"

Yes, yes, and yes! We offer ten varieties of sugar-free syrups, and almond milk, oat milk and coconut milk options. We now offer cane sugar syrups as well for those not counting carbs. Don’t worry, we have skim, whole, half and half and heavy cream as well.

11. "Do you offer home delivery?"

Not at this time, but we encourage you to order online for curb pickup or shipping to your door!

12. "Do you offer gift cards or digital gift cards?"

We do sell gift cards at the bakery but do not offer digital gift cards presently.

14. "What are your hours?"

We are open October through April Tuesday thru Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, but closed on Sunday and Monday. Our summer hours run May-September and we are open 9a-6p

15. "Do you have online ordering?"

16. What sweeteners do you use in your baked goods?

We use an all-natural blend of erythritol, monkfruit and allulose to sweeten. Our dairy-free chocolate is stevia sweetened. Our chocolate chips are sweetened with maltitiol.
